Tokushima Prefecture promotes the “Bicycle Kingdom Tokushima” brand nationwide and encourages the spread of cycle sports by offering 25 cycling courses tailored to various features and skill levels across the prefecture. We distribute course maps and host cycling events utilizing these routes.
This time, we will hold a leisurely pottering tour by bicycle, enjoying the beautiful coastline where sea turtles come to lay eggs and savoring local gourmet delights.
It's the "Tokushima’s Blue Sky and Sea! Pottering to Shikoku’s Easternmost Point, Kamoda Cape” cycling event.
1 Date & Time: Monday, July 18, 2022 (National Holiday) 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (end time subject to change)
2 Meeting & Starting Point: Funasekaigan Park Parking Lot (Funase, Tsubaki-cho, Anan City)
3 Course: Funasekaigan Park Parking Lot → Pottering to Kamoda → Cape Parking Lot → Walk to Kamoda Cape Lighthouse → Pottering along the coastline → Karatsu Shrine → Kamoda Elementary School → Lunch at Minshuku Atarashiya → Kamoda Fishing Port → Return and disband at Funasekaigan Park Parking Lot
4. Capacity:
8 participants (first-come, first-served)
※ Advance registration only. No same-day registration.
※ Junior high school students and older
※ Please bring your own hydration and necessary items.
5 Participation Fee: ¥500 (includes bicycle rental, guide fee, and insurance) Lunch fee (¥1,500) and other expenses to be paid individually on-site.
