２　Program Summary
Workplaces that meet the certification criteria will be issued a “Declaration for Promoting Bicycle Use & Improving Traffic Manners” and encouraged to undertake workplace-wide initiatives to enhance employee health and improve traffic etiquette.

３　Certification Criteria
(1) Promoting bicycle commuting and bicycle use.
(2) Promoting awareness of the five bicycle safety rules and compliance with traffic regulations.
(3) Possessing bicycles that employees can use.
(4) Holding or planning to hold at least one safety training session per year.
(5) Businesses that wish to promote initiatives (1) through (4).

４　Certification
Certification is carried out by the Festivity Policy Division of the Tokushima Prefectural Tourism, Sports, and Culture Department for businesses meeting at least three of the criteria. After certification, the business will be issued a declaration. If the business name, address, or certification criteria change, they must promptly report this using the “Certification Change Notification Form” (Form 2).

５　Certification Period
For the first year, certification is valid until March 31 from the date of issue. Unless a business indicates otherwise, the certification will automatically renew each year. If a business wishes to withdraw, they must promptly report this using the “Certification Withdrawal Form” (Form 3).

６　Public Relations
Certified businesses will be introduced on the “Cycling Kingdom Tokushima” website.

７　Program Effects
(1) Promote workplace health initiatives
(2) Encourage improved traffic manners at workplaces
(3) Promote bicycle usage
(4) Contribute to a decarbonized society

８　Other
The program will be promoted in collaboration with relevant organizations.
