The Tokushima Area Traffic Congestion Countermeasures Council (Chair: Director of the Tokushima River and National Highway Office, Shikoku Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism) is working on various initiatives to alleviate traffic congestion through collaboration among its members.
